Dress Refashion

 I have this dress.

I love the chambray fabric and the top of the dress. The skirt of the dress however, is a little cheerleader-y for me. And once I washed it, it shrank up a little too short to wear without tights which really limits when and how I can wear it. And it has these really awkward  pockets which are double lined and way too thick. So, I chopped off the bottom, and took out the pockets. And now I have a lovely chambray top!
